Hi All. I wondered if anyone can help me. I'm sure i can't be the only one that doesn't fit into the standard size 10-16 range for horse riding clothes. I don't have a problem with jodphurs thanks to www.plusrider.co.uk but unfortunately i am struggling to get a hacking jacket to fit. Does anyone know where i could get a hacking jacket for the larger lady or does anyone know where i could get one made to measure? Thanks in advance for your help.

I have heard of a company called cavelletti clothing who deal with larger sizes. Not sure if they do hacking jackets but it is worth a look. I think they have a website!

Its not just 'larger' ladies that have problems,
Finding 34inch leg jodhpurs can be extremely tricky, and its at moments like that that you wish you could take a hacksaw to your legs.
Also, finding jackets for long arms is a nightmare too. Do clothing manufacturers think that all horse riders are 5' 3" and a size 8?

no they dont think we are all 5ft3........i am and i cant find anythign short enough!!!!!!!

ha ha i never haev very much trouble with johdys bein 5ft9 with a 33inc inside leg. i have the problem with getting jackets to look good coz i haeva small chest...oh wel at least i dont get black eyes jumping...........claire!!!!sorry had to be said.9send me an email honey)

hi lyd your just jelious! lyd no boobs- claire big boos, they just fit in my new body protector but it makes me look like an 18th century wench!

Hi Jayne where are you form? The saddlerys im my area have larger sized clothing (being an 18 myself lol) so if you are near me i can give you the information.
